Chrome crashes repeatedly: Whoa! google chrome has crashed ..!

Problem: Google chrome crashes after sometime of opening.

Solution: The most common cause for this is if you are using Internet Download Manager (IDM) or Free Download Manager (FDM) or any other internet download tools. This software tries to integrate itself with chrome to provide you that download button above the flash video. This would happen if you changed the configuration of the tool or newly installed it or did an update of the download software.

To fix this, change the setting of the tool where it gives options to integrate it with various browsers and uncheck chrome option. Here is an example for Free Download Manager (FDM).

1. Launch FDM. Go To Options>Settings.Click on Monitoring option on left pane.
2. Uncheck Google Chrome checkbox.

Thats It! Restart Chrome it will not crash now.
